Primary and year-round use

Agriculture Is at the Heart of Cinco Farm

The primary and dominant use of the property is bona fide agricultural production. Farm work continues year-round through cultivation, irrigation, fertilization, pruning, pest management, harvesting, propagation, nursery production, inventory care and the sale of tropical fruit and plant material.

The living landscape visitors experience is not a decorative backdrop. It is the result of sustained agricultural work, investment and careful stewardship.

What we cultivate

Tropical Crops Grown for Production and Propagation

Our agricultural inventory changes as trees mature, crops are harvested and new plant material is prepared for the next growing cycle.

01 · COCONUT PALMS

Fruit, Coconut Water & Nursery Stock

Mature palms produce coconuts for harvest. Selected coconut offspring are germinated and grown in containers for commercial resale or replanted to expand future farm production.

02 · LONGAN & MAMEY

South Florida Fruit Production

Established and developing longan and mamey trees contribute to the farm’s seasonal harvests and long-term orchard plan.

03 · TROPICAL SPECIES

A Diverse Working Orchard

Additional fruit-bearing trees and plant material are cultivated as part of the farm’s continuing agricultural growth, maintenance and sales activity.

From coconut to nursery stock

A Complete Propagation Cycle

Coconut production at Cinco Farm continues beyond harvest. Viable offspring are collected and selected for germination, container growing and future planting. This creates saleable nursery stock while strengthening the farm’s next generation of productive palms.

Ongoing agricultural work

  • Harvesting mature coconuts and tropical fruit
  • Collecting and selecting viable coconut offspring
  • Potting, irrigating, fertilizing and monitoring young palms
  • Maintaining nursery inventory for resale and replanting
  • Expanding orchard rows and productive growing areas

Farm products and infrastructure

Built to Support Real Agricultural Work

Cinco Farm produces fresh coconuts, whole coconuts for coconut water, mamey, longan, other tropical fruit and container-grown coconut palms. Agricultural areas and equipment support each stage of that work.

  • Irrigation pumps and water-distribution systems
  • Harvesting, fertilization and maintenance equipment
  • Containers, nursery supplies and plant inventory
  • Storage and covered work areas for farm operations
  • Equipment and trailers used for plant transport

Continued agricultural investment

The Farm Expands Through New Plantings, Nursery Production and Orchard Care

Plans for continued growth include additional coconut and tropical fruit trees, expanded nursery inventory, improved irrigation, agricultural equipment and productive orchard areas.

Agriculture first, meaningful gatherings second

A Working Farm That Also Welcomes Celebrations

Agritourism and private gatherings are secondary, supportive uses of Cinco Farm. They invite guests to experience the landscape while helping reinvest in trees, nursery production, irrigation, equipment and ongoing agricultural care.

Weddings & Rehearsal Events

Garden ceremonies, receptions and rehearsal gatherings in an authentic tropical farm setting.

Baby Showers & Quinceañeras

Personal celebrations surrounded by mature trees, orchard views and open-air beauty.

Corporate & Creative Productions

Selected corporate events, brand sessions, photography and video productions with natural South Florida character.

Stewardship in every season

Farm Care Continues Before and After Every Event

Gatherings are planned around the farm’s agricultural purpose. Designated event areas, responsible installation practices and careful cleanup help protect productive trees, nursery inventory, irrigation and natural surfaces.

Event activity does not replace agriculture. It supports a property where cultivation, propagation, harvesting and nursery work remain continuous.
